- 2K Sports announced on Monday that Beast Incarnate Brock Lesnar will be the cover Superstar for WWE-2K17. The selection places Lesnar at the forefront of 2K’s push to make WWE-2K17 the most action packed WWE video game. WWE-2K17 is not yet rated by the E.S.R.B., and is currently scheduled for an October 2016 worldwide release on PS-4 and Xbox-One, as well as PS-3 and Xbox-360.
- “My career has been defined by dominating every opportunity presented to me, I am excited for my newest opportunity representing WWE-2K17 as the franchise’s ambassador and honored to serve as the WWE-2K17 cover Superstar.” Brock Lesnar said.
- As the new face of WWE-2K17, Lesnar joins list of Superstars who previously feautured on the cover of 2K’s WWE game series, which includes Peoples champ The Rock, John Cena and Stone Cold Steve Austin. The announcement also confirms that Lesnar will be the newest Superstar to join the player roster. He joins the 3 playable characters that were unveiled at E3 2016- John Cena, Sasha Banks and WWE Hall of Famer The Ultimate Warrior. Also, Goldberg, The two-time World Champion & WCW legend will be available as a pre-order bonus playable character in 2K’s latest addition to its venerated WWE video game series.
